Our Strength Training Programs use resistance to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of muscles. We educate you on the proper training techniques to prevent injury. There are many different methods of strength training. At Dream Bodies you will learn a veriety of strenght training techniques including free weights, machines, bands and functional training. This type of training will be incorporateed in all programs because strength training is a critical component of all Dream Body goals including weight loss, muscle building, & body toning.
