Dream Bodies Owner & Personal Trainer, Ryan Rollison has 30 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Ryan is trained in kettlebell exercises and holds multiple certifications, including: personal trainer, nutrition, yoga instructor, boxercise instructor, and youth sports. In addition, Ryan is Fitness certified by the Department of Defense.  Ryan’s experience in training ranges from body builders and other competitors, to those individuals looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve overall health, as well as providing sport specific training for athletes.  Formerly Head of Fitness at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, he worked with all branches of the military helping them to improve their level of fitness, conditioning, and readiness.  Ryan also has his own column in the Sojourner Truth paper where he writes about fitness and nutrition. Ryan has personally won several bodybuilding competitions and is a four time national qualifier.  He is an experienced promoter of strongman events, bench-press meets,  as well as bodybuilding and figure competitions.
