Dream Bodies Owner & Personal Trainer, Ryan Rollisonhas over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. He is a certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, certified boxercise instructor, Department of Defense fitness certified, youth sports certified and kettlebell trained. He has trained a variety of people ranging from doctors, housewives, educators, bodybuilders, figure competitors & has provided sport specific training for athletes. Formerly head of fitness at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, he worked with all branches of the military helping them to improve their level of fitness, conditioning and rediness. Ryan also has his own column in the Sojouner Truth paper where he writes about fitness and nutrituion. Additionally, Ryan has won several bodybuilding competitions and is a four time national qualifier. He is also experienced as a promoter of strongman events, bench-press meets, bodybuilding and figure competitions.
